Unknown to many, the man behind
our name used to be a professional fireman and
a member of the rescue squad, a certified lifeguard
and
ski patrol. Perhaps it was that same fearless streak that sparked Dan
to take a chance and start his screenprinting company. It began as
a one-man print shop printing t-shirts right in his basement and has
grown ever since. From screen-printing to sales, from management to
estimating, Dan has dedicated much of his life to starting and maintaining
an exceptional business. Dan is a devoted family man and enjoys spending
time with his wife and their two sons. When you can't find Dan working
at the office he may be enjoying one of his favorite pastimes – working
out or mowing on his tractor.
Shiela
Murphy
Shiela personifies "grace under pressure".
A strong background in sales and understanding of people makes her
an exceptional manager
of our team. Her warmth and professionalism are what our long-term
customers appreciate and why they return again and again. Shiela
works hard to keep our sales team sharp and on top of their game.
Don't tell her we told you she spent a year teaching high school
marketing students. That may be where she learned patience and her
morale booster skills. When she isn't mentoring, team training or
streamlining workflow, she may be with her husband cheering for her
two daughters at their games.
Lou
Armentrout
Sales Executive
If she were a TV show it would be called, "Everyone Loves Lou." Friendly,
funny, full of personality. That may be why Lou is the first face you
see when you come visit our Daniels showroom. She works hard as our
in house sales and cares for many of our customer walk-ins. Certified
in search and rescue and a geo-caching enthusiast, when she's not spelunking
or camping with her husband and two boys she enjoys cooking delicious
meals for family and friends. Outside the office Lou's involved in
many volunteer and church-related projects, it's hard for us to keep
up with her.
Jennifer
Holden
Sales Executive
Energetic, tenacious, a real go-getter. We believe
Jennifer got a lot of her spunk being the youngest of a big family
- eight children! She's also has an identical twin. Jennifer's friendliness
and upbeat personality have won her accolades with coworkers and customers
alike. Jennifer's tenacity and organizational skills make her invaluable
to our in-house workflow and keep those of us on the road grounded.
When she's not planning a large family gathering or working out in
her yard she enjoys cheering her husband Carter at his Triton softball
games..
Andrea

Sales Executive
Our queen of creativity - Andrea seems to possess an endless reservoir
of innovative ideas. She has no problem tackling accounts from new
angles and enjoys helping her customers think outside the box. Her
vivaciousness, artistic flair, and ability to find that perfect product
keep her customers coming back. You may not know that Andrea even has
her own vintage clothing booth in Staunton. She enjoys traveling, loves
dancing and restoring old houses.

Hardworking, persistent, loyal. We're grateful
for Kevin's steady presence that helps to balance out the female force
at Daniels. Responsive, organized and efficient, Kevin is on top of
every task. That's what most clients know about him. What they don't
know is that Kevin won a shag dance contest and a Blues Brothers lip
sync act as John Belushi. And that he's a huge disco fan. If Kevin's
not working long hours in the office, he's enjoying time with his kids,
basketball refereeing or maybe solving the world's hardest suduko puzzle.

Driven. Tenacious. Passionate. Her customers
can't decide what they enjoy more - Ginger's fun personality or fabulous
products. Where there's
laughter in the office, there's usually Ginger. Her favorite saying
is, "If you're gonna talk the talk you have to walk the walk".
And walk the walk she does. Ginger's word is as good as done. With
more than twenty years sales experience, Ginger maintains a happy client
base. Ginger has many things to be proud of, her two children and the
25/+ year marriage to her husband, Tim.

Charming. Enthusiastic. Social
butterfly. If there was ever an extravert, it's Terry. This sparkly
blue-eyed gal doesn't know a stranger. Terry excels at building positive
customer relationships and her bubbly personality wins you over in
an instant. Customers appreciate her personal attention and care. Intense,
dedicated, enthusiastic, she's crazy about her two kids and loves relating
their latest antics to us. Outside the office Terry enjoys swimming,
time with her family and a good Virginia Tech football game.
Michele
Dansey
Accounting
Organized, efficient, hard-working.
Michele possesses a myriad of office management
skills that the rest of us here find baffling.
A native to Harrisonburg, Michele directs Daniels
Accounts Payable and Receivable. Always ready to
help, Michele handles countless daily demands of
office life that make our jobs so much easier.
Outside the office, she and her husband Rad stay
very busy keeping up with their two boys and their
dog, Biscuit.
Chris
Reeves Order Entry
Hard working, helpful, loyal. Chris is our good-natured,
lovable order entry guru. Much of her work is behind
the scenes, trouble-shooting orders for a seamless workflow.
It's a tough job and it's safe to say Chris is usually
the reason our customers get their products on time.
We'll let you in on a secret to getting your job ahead
in the cue. Try talking about the subjects closest to
Chris' heart: Nascar, Jamie McMurray, John Bon Jovi and
of course, her teen-age daughter, Taryn.
Sheena
Sours Sales Support Specialist Sweet.
Soft-spoken. Our go-to girl. Sheena's strong work ethic and
excellent customer service are what we love about her. Sheena
assists with a myriad of in-house requests. People matter
to Sheena and she believes in applying the golden rule whenever
possible. A real country music enthusiast, Sheena loves dancing,
spending time with family and friends and taking road trips.
On one of those road trips she hopes to meet Kenny Chesney,
her favorite country music singer of all time.

Bowman
Art Director Where
would we be without our art department? Herein lies the creative think
tank where we take your ideas and make them come to life. Talented
and technically adept, Darin enjoys helping our sales guys with their
plethora of art requests. Technology is ever changing and Darin works
hard to keep on top of the latest software. He's also a big sports
enthusiast. Did we mention he married into talent? His wife, Karen,
is a freelance writer, and they are proud parents of two little boys.
Someday they would love to pool their talent to write and illustrate
children's books. Right now they're enjoying watching their boys grow
up.

Falwell
Daniels Embroidery
Embroidery expert. Kind-hearted,
dependable, and detail-oriented, this gal knows all there
is to know
about stitch patterns and thread count. Over a decade's
experience as "Daniel's Digitizer. Christy is the
brains behind our embroidery operations. Caring, consistent,
hard working, she continues to keep up with new technology.
Family is paramount and Christy enjoys spending time
with her husband, Roger, and their three children.
John
Spruhan
Screenprinter/IT Support
John is truly our Jack of all trades. Calm amid chaos, he oversees
our screenprinting department, maintains our network, and puts out
a host of technical fires throughout the day. That still doesn't cover
everything. As a screenprinter his keen attention to detail makes his
work stellar. As our IT support guy, he's ever patient in training
us not so technical ones and getting us up to speed. John loves the
great outdoors, so when he's not troubleshooting at the office he's
probably out camping with his three kids, volunteering with his church,
or enjoying a good football game.
